Yandex is looking for a highly experienced HR Manager in Belgrade, Serbia, to join our team.
Tasks that await you
- Develop and implement an HR agenda and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Serve as the bridge between management and employees by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues
- Collaborate with all support functions to provide the best employee and candidate experience possible
- Oversee the company’s daily operations
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Support current and future business needs by developing, engaging, motivating, and retaining human capital
- Nurture a positive work environment
We expect that you
- Experience working as an HR Manager or in a similar position
- People-oriented, results-driven approach
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to design and lead strategy
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Fluent Serbian and Russian
Preferred qualifications
- Fluent English
