Tasks that await you
Provide HR support to all our colleagues in the Belgrade office
Take care of all employee administration and local issues, coordinating Belgrade’s activities with international HR team members
Manage the employee onboarding process, including coordinating day-one employee orientation
Find ways to improve the employee onboarding experience
Track and monitor employee benefits, sickness, vacation, and so on, providing information to our accounting team for payroll
Take ownership of all employee administration and documentation, including contracts, contract amendments, company medical checks, and health and safety documents
Assist with and sometimes lead company HR events, including team building and training and development activities
Be the main point of contact for all Belgrade-based employees regarding HR issues and questions
Ensure that the Belgrade office complies with all local labor laws and regulations
Become a subject matter expert for Serbian HR
Help implement new HR policies and coordinate local employee benefit programs
We expect that you
3+ years of experience in a similar role (HR Generalist, HR Administrator)
Good knowledge of Serbian HR practices and regulations
Good organizational skills, ability to plan and manage your time effectively
Good people skills – comfortable cooperating and communicating with colleagues from different departments and nationalities in a matrixed international organization
Positive and proactive attitude, looking to own and take control of your work
Fluency in Serbian and English
Preferred qualifications
Fluency in Russian
