Tasks that await you
- Support employees across HR-related topics like leave and compensation, resolving any issues that may arise
- Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Help develop and implement HR policies
- Support performance management
- Gather and analyze data with HR metrics like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and applying new perks and benefits
- Drive and organize benefits for employees
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
We expect that you
- Have proven experience as an HR Generalist
- Are fluent in Serbian and Russian
- Understand general HR policies and procedures
- Have excellent knowledge of employment/labor law
- Have excellent communication and people skills
- Have an aptitude for problem-solving
Preferred qualifications
- Are fluent in English
