Franchise Lead
We’re seeking a business development professional to lead franchise partnerships as a key driver of Yango’s global expansion. You’ll manage the full deal cycle — from sourcing partners to signing and supporting successful launches — while shaping franchise strategy and working closely with internal teams to ensure delivery readiness and partner success. This is a high-impact, cross-functional, hands-on role with wide ownership and visibility.
Tasks that await you
Shaping the franchise strategy
You will lead the development of a franchise strategy and identify high-priority markets.

Managing the partner pipeline
You will build and manage a strong pipeline of partners across priority markets, leading negotiations and owning all deal-making aspects, from term sheet to closing.
Driving successful partner launches
You will support partners through the launch and early ramp-up phases in close coordination with internal teams.
Ensuring internal alignment
You will collaborate with product, legal, operations, and finance teams to shape partner offers and ensure delivery readiness.
Monitoring partner performance
You will track partner performance and proactively identify areas for support or improvement.
Reporting and insights
You will prepare structured updates for leadership on pipeline status, partner performance, and key learnings.
We expect that you
- Have 5+ years of experience in business development, investor relations, and growth roles (consulting, IB, PE, IR, etc.)
- Have a strong track record of closing complex deals with external partners
- Have excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Are a structured and analytical thinker comfortable with building business cases and decision frameworks
- Are entrepreneurial, action-oriented, and able to independently drive results in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
- Are fluent in English and other languages
- Are willing to travel internationally as needed
