Fleet Quality Specialist (Belgrade, Serbia)
Yandex is looking for a Fleet Quality Specialist to manage courier acquisition, onboarding, and support processes. Apply if you are proficient with MS Excel, have a driver’s license, and are fluent in English.
Tasks that await you
- Manage the courier acquisition and onboarding process
- Introduce processes to boost and monitor quality for fleet services in collaboration with courier service agencies
- Implement initiatives to stabilize service quality even during peak hours, bad weather, and holiday spikes
- Manage and monitor the cash collection processes for courier service collaborators
- Support couriers and clients through technical and/or operational challenges
- Meet KPIs
We expect that you
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Familiarity with marketplaces
- Ability to analyze information and make decisions in tricky situations
- Advanced spoken and written English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize
- Sociability, customer-orientation, and ability to clearly convey information
- Driver’s license
- Proficiency with MS Excel and other analytic tools
Preferred qualifications
- Fluent Serbian
- Familiarity with express, same-day, and next-day logistics
