• Take responsibility for driving financing initiatives that unlock affordable financing for our partners
• Talk regularly to wealthy individuals and senior executives from investment funds, private equity firms, and family offices to ensure a sustainable flow of financing for our partners
• Structure complex credit and equity transactions that involve parties from different geographies
• Originate and lead fleet development activities in the 1-2 countries assigned to you
• Establish relationships with prospective and existing partners, ideate and design creative fleet growth initiatives, and take full responsibility for execution with support from local and HQ colleagues
• Help existing fleet partners improve business efficiency and unlock growth opportunities

• Experience in fundraising and business development
• Strong grasp of finance and experience in M&A and corporate finance
• Experience structuring deals and coordinating stakeholders
• Ability to work in the fast-paced environment of a “to-the-moon” startup with real responsibility and the opportunity to make a difference
• Well-developed project management skills, ability to manage various internal and external stakeholders from all over the world
