- Handle bookkeeping and maintain all financial records in Oracle for group companies
- Formulate general ledger and closing reports by inputting in-depth details of company transactions
- Help with balance sheet analysis, tax calculations, and financial statements
- Maintain records for tax purposes and prepare tax declarations by assessing financial transactions based on FTA regulations
- Perform reconciliations and other transactions related to accounts payable and receivable on a regular and timely basis to ensure accurate balances
- Communicate with other departments to finalize financial transactions and obtain closing documentation
- Coordinate with intercompany entities to ensure intercompany transactions are recorded correctly in the system and free of discrepancies
- Support the financial controller in month- and year-end closing and analysis of books
- Support external and internal audit processes
- Comply with all internal policies and procedures
- Ensure all financial systems and reports are running correctly
- Support the financial controller by providing ad hoc information and reports
- Have three or more years of relevant experience
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Possess strong analytical, communication, and computer skills
- Have a solid understanding of mathematics, accounting, and financial processes
