Terms and Definitions

Request — a query to the Software's functions for the purpose of displaying a map, interacting with a map, or displaying panoramas.

Panorama Player — a computer program, the functional purpose of which is to display spherical panoramas on the pages of a website. The program can display both the Licensor's panoramas and the Licensee's own spherical panoramas.

Software — means a set of computer programs, Yandex Maps JavaScript API, including the Panorama Player, registered in the Unified Register of Russian Computer Programs and Databases, for which the Licensor is the rightsholder, and the functional capabilities of which include, among other things, interaction with the Service.

Platform — a computer program, as well as websites on the Internet, for which the Licensee is the rightsholder.

Service — the geographic information systems (GIS) "Yandex Map for the Territory of the Russian Federation", "Yandex Map for the Territory of the CIS (Ukraine, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Abkhazia, South Ossetia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Estonia, Latvia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan)", "Yandex Map for the Territory of Turkey", "Yandex Map for the Territory of France", publicly available at: https://yandex.ru/maps/, for which the Licensor is the rightsholder.

Permitted Use of the Software

1.1. The Licensee is entitled to use the Software in the following ways:

1.1.1. Use the Software function to generate requests to the Service via the Software interface in order to obtain an image based on the Request for the purpose of its subsequent display on the Platform and to enable the Licensee to display its own data against the background of such an image.

1.1.2. Make the image obtained pursuant to clause 1.1 available to the public solely by means of the Software on the Platform, wherein the Platform may be a closed system accessible to a limited number of persons.

1.1.3. Use the Software function to generate Requests to the Service via the Software interface in order to receive a response from the Software to Requests.

1.1.4. Use the Software for its intended functional purpose.

Rights and Obligations of the Licensee

2.1. When using the Software, the Licensee has the right to:

2.1.1 Temporarily, for a period of up to 30 days, save (cache) the response results to Requests on the Licensee's computer solely for the purpose of increasing system performance, provided that the Licensee has paid the minimum fee under the standard license specified in Table 1 of the Tariffs of these Terms of Use.

2.2. When using the Software, the Licensee undertakes to:

2.2.1. Use the Software functions only for the Platform. The Licensee is entitled to process the data obtained solely for its display by means of the Software.

2.2.2. Use the latest updated version of the Software.

2.2.3. Use the two latest current versions of modern browsers to work with the Software.

2.2.4. Not to remove, change the order or sorting, hide and/or modify the data obtained using the Software, as well as any information contained in the Software or the data obtained, including, but not limited to, promotional and informational materials, trademarks, logos, links, or other references to rightsholders, and any other notices and/or information transmitted by the Software together with the data.

2.2.5. When paying the minimum fee under the standard license specified in Tables 1, 2, 3 of the Tariffs of these Terms of Use, not save or store the response results to Requests on the Licensee's computer, except for the cases described in clause 2.1 above.

Trial Period

3.1. When using the Software during the Trial Period, the Licensee undertakes to comply with the conditions and limits of the Trial Period set forth by the Tariffs, the Agreement, and to fully comply with these Terms.
