List of queue issues

Each issue in Tracker belongs to a queue. Issues with a common topic are usually put in the same queue. They might be issues for a specific project, department, or team.

To view all the issues in a queue, open the queue page:

  1. Choose Queues → All queues on the upper panel in Tracker.

  2. Click the name of the desired queue.

By default, the queue page displays only active issues (the Without resolution option). You can customize which issues to display by using the quick filter buttons above the list of issues.

Add a queue to Favorites

If you need quick access to a particular queue, add it to your Favorites:

  1. Go to the queue page.

  2. Click to the right of the queue name.

The queues you added to Favorites are available in the Queue menu on the upper panel in Tracker.

Save a list in Wiki

You can insert a list of issues on a Wiki page:

  1. Click  → Receive Wiki code in the upper-left corner.

  2. Copy the code.

  3. Insert the code on a Wiki page.

The list will be updated automatically. It will always show up-to-date information about the status of issues, their names, and assignees.

Save the list in a file

You can save the list of issues as a file in XML, CSV, or XLS format.

Attention. The list of issues is saved with all filters and field settings applied.

To save a list to a file:

  1. Click above the list of issues.

  2. Select the format for saving the list.

  3. Wait until the file is downloaded to your device.
