Translating websites
If you want to translate a website using Safari, download the Yandex Translate extension. Follow these steps:

Launch Safari and open the website.

Tap

Click Edit actions... and enable the Translate option.
To translate the website, tap and choose Translate.
Yandex Translate automatically detects the language of the page and translates it to the language specified in the settings.
The site translation option is also available on translate.yandex.com, in Yandex with Alice, or in any mobile browser.
