# I'm getting too many captchas

Main reasons why you're often asked to pass the captcha:

- The browser is [not allowed to save cookies](https://yandex.com/support/common/browsers-settings/browsers-cookies.html), which tell the server you've already solved a captcha.
- You're using [Incognito mode](https://yandex.com/support/common/browsers-settings/incognito.html), which automatically deletes cookies when you close the browser.
- VPN is enabled.

To stop getting the captcha too often:

1. Allow your browser to save cookies.<br>

1. Pass the captcha. You don't need to enter punctuation marks and spaces.
