# I can't pass the captcha

Try updating your browser to the latest version and try passing the captcha again.

To pass the verification, you need to drag the slider from left to right until the mosaic elements form a cohesive picture.

If you can't pass the verification, you probably moved the slider incorrectly and got the picture wrong, or you released the mouse button too soon.

It's also possible that the system found your actions suspicious — in this case, you'll have to go through an additional check.
