Signing a contract

To become a Yandex Advertising Network partner, you must first sign a contract. The main way to sign a contract is by accepting the Yandex Advertising Network Terms of Offer. See offers for other countries in the table in the Payment of remuneration section. To accept the offer terms:

1. Fill out the Yandex Advertising Network partner application and agree to the offer terms. After this, you can log in to the Yandex Advertising Network Partner Interface and add your sites.

2. Add a resource (site, app, or video), and it will automatically be submitted for moderation. For an app, you'll also need to confirm access to it.

3. Create ad units:

   • For sites and video resources, you can create and place ad units only after moderation. To add ad units to your site, use the embed code.
   • For apps, you can create ad units right away, but impressions will start only after moderation is passed and access to the app is confirmed. To add ad units to a mobile app, use the SDK.

4. Enter your payment information.

5. After you enter your payment details and accept the Yandex Advertising Network offer, the contract status in the Documents section will be updated and the acceptance date will be displayed. The contract between Yandex and the partner is then considered signed.

Test period

Before accepting the Yandex Advertising Network offer, a future partner granted a test period to configure and test the ad code. The test period is granted under the following conditions:

• The balance amount on the partner's account doesn't exceed 10,000 rubles. The limit applies to the revenue amount in rubles, even if the partner selects a different currency for payments or statistics.

  When a partner is paid, the revenue amount is converted to the payment currency at the exchange rate as of the last date of the billing period (the end of the month or the day of contract termination). The statistics will reflect the amount at the exchange rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation as of the event (ad impression) date.

• No more than 2 months have passed since the registration data was entered in the application form.

If either of the two above conditions ceases to be true, the test period will end, and ad impressions will be suspended until the offer acceptance is finalized. You'll still be able to submit sites for moderation and create ad units, but ads won't be displayed, and the resource will have the Stopped status.

You can start displaying ads again after you enter payment details and accept the offer. To resume serving ads, go to the site and select Start impressions.
