ANID

The ID of the organization's account in the Ariba Commerce Cloud system.

Ariba Network

An electronic platform for the supplier's use. In the personal account, the supplier can:

• Manage their registration data.
• Participate in procurement procedures.
• Communicate with the Yandex purchasing manager.

DUNS

A universal system for numbering data and identifying companies in the property rights register, created by the American company Dun & Bradstreet (D&B).

SAP Ariba Yandex

A Yandex internal procurement system that runs on SAP Ariba. The system is designed for arranging procurement processes and communicating with suppliers.

Supplier registration form

A form for collecting and storing registration data about the supplier company.

Auction

An online procedure for submitting proposals in various formats, including auctions for buying and selling.

Procurement procedure

The process of finding and selecting a supplier for the purchase of products or services by the customer.

Request for information (RFI)

An event format for market research without requesting price information.

Request for proposal (RFP)

An event format for selecting suppliers with indication of prices and other criteria. A supplier can be selected based on prices only, or using other criteria as well.

INN

Taxpayer identification number in the Russian Federation.

KPP (Tax registration reason code)

The reason code of registration with the tax authority of the Russian Federation.

OKPO

Russian business and organization directory code.

Event

A request for information, a request for proposals, and auctions in SAP Ariba Yandex.

Supplier self-registration request form

A form where suppliers submit requests to begin interacting with Yandex in SAP Ariba Yandex.
