Technical requirements

The recommended browsers for using the Ariba Network are:

  • Microsoft Edge (32-bit)
  • Microsoft Edge Chromium 79+ (32-bit and 64-bit)
  • Chrome 54+ (64-bit)
  • Mozilla Firefox 49+ (64-bit)
  • Safari 9+ (64-bit)
  • Mozilla Firefox 17+
  • Safari 5
  • Safari mobile version for iPad (iOS 6.0 and higher)

To avoid errors, do the following before you start using Ariba Network:

  1. Delete temporary internet files and cookies.
  2. Clear the cache and history in your browser.
  3. Check for programs that block browser pop-ups, such as Adblock and Adguard.
    If you have such programs installed, add the https://service.ariba.com/Supplier.aw/ site to exceptions.

An electronic platform for the supplier's use. In the personal account, the supplier can:

  • Manage their registration data.
  • Participate in procurement procedures.
  • Communicate with the Yandex purchasing manager.
