Subscribe

The first time you open the app, it will offer you a 30-day trial. 10 days before your free trial ends, the app will remind you it's time to pay for a subscription. You'll also get a reminder on the last day of your free trial.

To pay for the subscription, tap Subscribe now and select a plan: monthly or yearly. Follow the steps in the app store.

Note

You can cancel subscription renewal at any time.

What happens if you don't pay for the subscription

If you don't pay for the subscription, the app's features will be limited: you won't be able to upload new files, create albums, or share them with others. After 45 days, access to the app will be restricted. To restore it, pay for the subscription.

Your files are stored in the cloud for 6 months. If you don't pay for a subscription within that time, they will be deleted.

Manage subscription

  1. Open the account menu. To do this, tap the profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Select Subscription.

  3. You can change your payment method or cancel your subscription in the subscription settings.

An error occurred during payment

There could be a few reasons for this:

  • Your bank is currently experiencing issues with card transactions.
  • The device has no internet connection.
  • The card used for payment doesn't have enough funds on it.
  • The specified card is invalid or has expired.
  • Transaction limit for the card has been exceeded.
  • Your bank doesn't allow online transactions.

If you encounter a problem with the Yango Photo app, please report it via the in-app feedback form:

  1. Open the account menu. To do this, tap the profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Help and support → Report an error.
  3. Specify the subject of your request.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Note

To report Yango Photo issues, please do this from within the app, not from the Help section. This will help us get your request to the right support agents, and you'll get a quicker response. When you report a problem from the app, we can also see technical information that helps resolve the issue.
