Install the app

Alert

You can use the app on phones and tablets with iOS 14 or later and Android 8 or later.

Download the Yango Photo app from the official app store for your device:

Read about how to update the app and enable auto-updates in the Google Play and App Store guides.

Log in

  1. On the home screen, tap Get started.
  2. Allow the app to access files on your device.
  3. Enter and confirm your phone number, provide your first and last name, then tap Next.
  4. Enable auto-upload and give the app all required permissions, such as sending notifications and location access.

Log out

  1. Open the account menu. To do this, tap the profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.

  2. Tap .

  3. Confirm exit.

Contact support

If you encounter a problem with the Yango Photo app, please report it via the in-app feedback form:

  1. Open the account menu. To do this, tap the profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
  2. Select Help and support → Report an error.
  3. Specify the subject of your request.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Note

To report Yango Photo issues, please do this from within the app, not from the Help section. This will help us get your request to the right support agents, and you'll get a quicker response. When you report a problem from the app, we can also see technical information that helps resolve the issue.
