Autofill

Autofill for forms is a feature that lets you automatically enter personal information (such as your name, address, email, and phone number) into website forms. Autofill is enabled in the Yandex app by default.

Save autofill data

The first time you enter information (such as an address or phone number) in a form, the app stores it. The next time you enter it, a list appears under the SmartBox and you can choose an autofill option that you saved earlier.

Set autofill data manually

The app can save your bank card data, passwords, and personal data (such as your phone number, address, and email).

Add personal data
  1. To the right of the SmartBox, tap .
  2. Select My data → Personal data.
  3. If necessary, enter your master password to access the storage.
  4. In the lower-right corner, tap .
  5. Fill in the form fields.
  6. In the upper-right corner, tap .
Edit personal data
  1. To the right of the SmartBox, tap .
  2. Select My data → Personal data.
  3. If necessary, enter your master password to access the storage.
  4. Select the autofill option.
  5. In the upper-right corner, tap  → Edit.
  6. Enter changes.
  7. In the upper-right corner, tap .
Delete personal data
  1. To the right of the SmartBox, tap .
  2. Select My data → Personal data.
  3. If necessary, enter your master password to access the storage.
  4. Select the autofill option.
  5. In the upper-right corner, tap  → Delete.
  6. Confirm deletion.

Syncing

By default, your autofill data syncs. To disable syncing for this data only:

  1. At the bottom, tap  → .
  2. Tap Syncing.
  3. Disable the Forms option.

Turn off autofill

  1. At the bottom, tap  → .
  2. Disable the Autofill forms option.
