The app is supported on devices running Android 5.1 and later.

Install the appInstall the app

The Yandex Start app is free.

Download the app from the official store.

Update the appUpdate the app

The device's operating system automatically detects that the app has an update and installs it in the background. You can also update the Yandex Start app to the latest version manually:

1. Open Google Play.
2. In the upper-right corner, tap the profile picture.
3. Choose Manage app and device.
4. Under Updates available, tap See details.
5. Find Yandex Start and tap Update.

Delete the appDelete the app

1. Open Google Play.
2. In the upper-right corner, tap the profile picture.
3. Choose Manage apps and device → Manage.
4. Choose Yandex Start. At the top right, tap .

Make default browserMake default browser

1. Open the device settings.
2. Choose Apps → Default apps.
3. Tap Browser and choose Yandex Start.

To open all links in the Yandex Start app, tap (profile picture) → App settings and enable the Links to Yandex sites from third-party sites will open in the Yandex Start app option.
