Connection problems

Make sure that your device is connected to the internet. To check, use a browser or other apps.

Make sure that the Yandex app is allowed to access the internet. To do this, go to Settings → Connections and general access → Data sharing and make sure that the Mobile internet option is enabled for the Yandex app.
