In Yandex Telemost chats, you can share images, videos, documents, and any other files.
Send
To attach a file to a message, press
Images are compressed when you send them
This helps you save mobile data and space on Yandex Disk. If you need to preserve image quality, select Attach file.

Once sent, the file is saved to your Yandex Disk in a separate folder called Yandex Messenger Files. If you delete a file from Disk, it's also deleted from the chat. If you delete a message with a file from Yandex Telemost, the file remains on Yandex Disk.
If you run out of space on Yandex Disk, you will no longer be able to attach files to messages. Yandex Telemost will then suggest deleting some of the previous attachments. Without a Yandex 360 plan, you have 5 GB of space on Yandex Disk. How to activate a plan and get more space on Yandex Disk
Find
To quickly find a file in the chat, press
→ Search chat and enter the file name. Press Attachments under the search bar to filter out irrelevant search results.
You can only find files with names
If there is no name (for example, because an image was copied and pasted into the chat), the file can only be found manually in the chat or on Yandex Disk in the Yandex Messenger Files folder.

Download
To save a file or image from a chat, press Download in the message that contains this file or image. To save an image, open it and press
