Change your status

A status appears next to your profile to show your contacts whether you are available. To change the status, press it above the chat list.

Online

You're online. This is a default status.

Be right back

You're temporarily unavailable.

Busy

You're only available if your colleagues need to discuss something important.

Do not disturb

You're unavailable. Notifications are disabled.

In meeting

You are available during a meeting or call.

In meeting

You are unavailable during a meeting or call. Notifications are disabled.

If you set your status to In meeting, it will only appear during video meetings and calls and will switch back to your previous one when they end. Your settings determine whether your contacts can reach you. How to set up notifications

If none of these options suits you, create a custom status. To do this, press the current status → Create a status. You can create a maximum of five custom statuses. To change or delete your custom status, press it in the list.
