Join a video meeting

Open the link to the video meeting

1. Follow the link that the meeting host sent you.
2. If Yandex.Telemost is installed on your computer, you will see a prompt in the browser to open it. To always open video meetings in the desktop app, turn on Always allowed or Remember my choice.
3. In the program, click Continue.

Enter the meeting number or link in Yandex.Telemost

1. Open Yandex Telemost.
2. Choose Join meeting. Enter the meeting number or copy and paste the link.
3. If this is your first time using Yandex.Telemost, grant it access your microphone and camera.
4. Click Join meeting.

I can't join the video meeting

1. Make sure your computer has an active internet connection. For example, try opening https://yandex.com. If there is no connection, restart your router. If this didn't help, contact your service provider.

2. Close Yandex Telemost and then open it again.

3. Make sure that camera and microphone access is allowed in your device operating system settings.

4. If you are using Yandex Telemost on a Windows computer, make sure the microphone or camera is not in use by another application, as this might make them unavailable for Yandex Telemost.
