Install the application

To use Yandex.Telemost on your computer, you first need to install a special app:

1. Open the Yandex Telemost page and click Install app in the lower-right corner.
2. Run the downloaded file and wait for the installation to complete. After that, Yandex.Telemost will open automatically.

I can't download or install the app

1. Make sure your operating system is up-to-date.

   Windows

   The Yandex.Telemost desktop app is supported in these Windows versions: Windows 7 Service Pack 1, Windows 8, Windows 10, Windows 11.

   Note

   If you are using Windows 7 Service Pack 1, install the KB4474419 update or a later version of the OS. For more information about the update, see the Microsoft Support website.

   macOS

   The Yandex Telemost desktop app is supported in macOS 10.11 and higher (Mojave, Catalina, Big Sur, and further macOS versions).

2. Make sure your internet connection is stable.

3. If you use proxy servers or firewalls, make sure they are turned off during the installation.
