Blocking spam

Comfortable and safe communication is the priority of Yandex 360 for Business. We protect you from spam and fraud and automatically check users' activity in Yandex Messenger. If a user behaves suspiciously (for example, simultaneously creates many chats or sends similar messages), we restrict their access to Yandex Messenger or some of its features.

Report spam

If you noticed spam in a channel or received an unwanted message or chat invitation, press  → Report → Spam.

Troubleshooting

Why did I get blocked in Yandex Messenger?

Most often, users get blocked because they:

  • Often post links.
  • Send similar personal messages.
  • Violate the rules of communication in public chats.
When will I be unblocked?

In most cases, you're automatically unblocked after seven days.

If you notice a post or comment that violates these rules or you believe that your message was removed by mistake, contact support.
