Yandex mail server is overloaded because of multiple requests from other servers

If you have sent a message from your Yandex mailbox and received a non-delivery report that states “Error: too many connections”, this means that your mail server has currently created a large number of requests to the Yandex mail server. This increases the load and slows down the system.

Try contacting the recipient by another method and report the problem.
