Yandex 360 with wfolio
Yandex 360 partnered with wfolio to launch a special range of Yandex 360 with wfolio plans for photography enthusiasts and professional photographers.
Subscribe to a Yandex 360 with wfolio plan so you can:
- Upload photos and videos to Yandex Disk and enjoy other plan benefits.
- Create photo and video projects and transform them into beautiful wfolio galleries.
- Share projects with your clients, friends, and family.
The Yandex 360 with wfolio plan is available in two versions, with different Yandex Disk capacities: 1 TB or 3 TB.
Plan activation
To manage your projects on Yandex Disk, you need to link your wfolio account to your Yandex ID. If you don't have a wfolio account yet, there's no need to register one in advance. It will appear when you pay for the plan and log in to wfolio via Yandex.
To activate the plan and link your accounts:
- Go to the Yandex 360 plans page.
- On the Pro tab, select the plan with the amount of Yandex Disk space you need.
- Click the plan activation button.
- Enter your card details and click Pay.
- In the window that opens, click Link accounts. You'll be taken to the wfolio website.
- Log in to your wfolio account with Yandex ID.
- Wait for an on-screen notification that the accounts are linked.
To open Yandex Disk and start working on projects, click Go to projects.
Working on the projects
A project is a folder with photos and videos that you can work on in Yandex Disk and in wfolio.

Create
You can create a new project from scratch or transform a folder that already exists on Yandex Disk into a wfolio project.
Creating a new project

1. Go to Wfolio projects.
2. On the top panel, click Create a project.
3. Upload photos or videos.
Transforming an existing Yandex Disk folder into a project

1. Go to Files.
2. Find the folder you need and right-click it.
3. Select Create new project in the context menu.
The folder will appear under Wfolio projects, where you can manage it: upload or delete photos and videos, customize the design of the project, share it with other users, or delete the project if it's no longer needed.
Set up the design
You can transform the project into a beautiful gallery: select the layout of elements, customize the background color, cover, and project description.
- Go to Wfolio projects.
- Find the project you need and right-click it.
- Select Configure project in the context menu.
After that, the wfolio page will open, where you can select the desired settings.

Share
You can deliver the finished project to the client or share it with your friends and family.
- Go to Wfolio projects.
- Select the project you need.
- Click Share on the top panel or in the context menu.
- Click Copy to get the project link and send it in an email or message.
Delete
Deleting a folder from a project but keeping it on Yandex Disk

The project will transform into a regular folder with photos or videos and won't appear in the projects section. Design settings in wfolio will also become unavailable. The folder will continue to be stored on your Yandex Disk. You can find it in the Files section and convert it into a project again if you want.
To remove the folder from projects:
1. Go to Wfolio projects.
2. Right-click the folder.
3. Select Remove from projects.
Deleting the project folder along with its contents

1. Go to Wfolio projects.
2. Right-click the project.
3. Select Delete.
The folder will remain in the Trash for 30 more days, and you can restore it during this period.
FAQ
What happens to my projects if I don't pay for my plan?
You won't be able to create new projects, and you won't be able to change the design of the existing ones. To work with the projects again, you need to renew your plan.
I already have a wfolio account. Can I use it to work with projects on Yandex Disk?
Yes, you can. Activate a Yandex 360 plan with wfolio and link your Yandex Disk account with your existing wfolio account. You will see an extra account in the wfolio interface specifically for this plan.
Can I configure access to the project via a link, such as set a password or disable downloads?
Yes, if you have an active Yandex 360 with wfolio plan, you can configure access to the project just like any other folder on your Yandex Disk: set a password, specify the link's expiration date, or disable downloads.
What happens to the Personal or For a family plan if I subscribe to a Yandex 360 with wfolio plan?
- The Yandex 360 plan with wfolio will replace the Personal plan. The remaining balance for the unused days of your old plan will be automatically credited towards the payment for your new plan.
- If you have a "For a family" plan, it will continue to work. You will be charged for both plans, and your Yandex Disk space will be added together.
I have an active "For a family" plan. Will I be able to work with shared and family folders if I activate a Yandex 360 with wfolio plan?
If you have a Yandex 360 with wfolio plan, you can:
- Create shared and family folders from wfolio projects.
- Transform these folders into wfolio projects.
- Create a wfolio project from a regular folder that contains someone else's shared or family folder.
You can't move the wfolio project to someone else's shared or family folder or transform such folders into your wfolio projects.
Troubleshooting
This section describes possible issues when working with wfolio and ways to fix them.
What error message do you see?
Check the project folder on Yandex Disk. Most likely, there are files with formats that are not supported by wfolio. You can store any files in the project folder, but only photos and videos will be displayed on the wfolio page.
Wfolio supports a maximum of 2 levels of folder nesting. If there are other folders inside the nested folders in your project on Yandex Disk, move their contents up one level and delete the empty folder.
Example
- You created a project "Wedding" on Yandex Disk — this is the first level of nesting. Within this project, you created folders "Groom", "Bride", and "Guests" — this is the second level of nesting. If you add a folder "Bride's morning" to the "Bride" folder, an error will occur. To fix it, you need to move the photos from the "Bride's morning" folder to the "Bride" folder, and then delete the empty "Bride's morning" folder.
Make sure that no more than 2000 files are stored in the project folder on Yandex Disk. If other folders are nested within the project folder, each of them can also contain no more than 2000 files.
