The Yandex Disk app for TV makes it convenient to view photos and videos from the Albums section, as well as show them to your friends and family. All photo and video formats accessible through the Yandex Disk website, desktop app, and mobile app are also supported on TVs (to learn more, see Viewing files and folders).
To access Yandex Disk for TV, you'll need a Yandex account and a smartphone. Scan the QR code on the TV screen with your smartphone camera and authorize with Yandex ID. If the QR code doesn't work, open the link yandex.com/activate on your smartphone and enter the code from the TV screen.
To log out, go to (profile picture) and select Log out.
Alert
If you have multiple Yandex accounts, you won't be able to switch between them in the Yandex Disk app for TV.
To open an album or media file, press the confirmation button on the remote control. To go back, press the Back button.
To scroll through photos, fast forward, rewind, or pause videos, use the arrows and the confirmation button on the remote control. Slide show mode isn't available yet.
Updating
On the TV home screen, select Apps.
Select Yandex Disk.
Tap Update.

Can I edit albums, videos, and photos in the Yandex Disk app for TV?
Not yet. You can do this on the Yandex Disk website, in the mobile app, or in the desktop program, and the changes will appear in the TV app.
Are my photos and videos protected?
When you log in to the app, you authenticate with your Yandex ID, so your data is securely protected. To learn more about how to protect your account, see Help for Yandex ID.
