Contact Yandex Disk support
Yandex Disk doesn't provides support over the phone. We work only with user emails. This is very efficient because you can attach screenshots to your email to help us resolve the issue more quickly.
If you are experiencing a problem with the Yandex Disk app, please report the error using the feedback form in the app:
- Open settings.
- Select Help and support → Error report.
- Select the relevant issue.
- Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
If you can't write to us from within the app because it crashes unexpectedly, send us a message about the error via the feedback form.
