The "Yandex Disk for Study" promotion (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion") is held by YANDEX, a limited liability company, INN 7736207543, having its legal and actual address at: ul. Lva Tolstogo, 16, Moscow 119021, Russia (hereinafter referred to as "Organizer").

1. Promotion period: From September 1, 2017, to 23:59 (Moscow time), December 14, 2017.

This period includes:

3.1.1. Application submission period for Participants: From September 1, 2017, to December 1, 2017.

3.1.2. Period for reviewing applications and collecting Rewards: From September 14, 2017, to December 14, 2017.

2. The purpose of the Promotion is to attract user attention to the Yandex Disk service:

3. Participants of the Promotion:

Eligible to participate in the Promotion are legally capable individuals who have reached the age of 18, have fulfilled all the requirements specified in Clause 4 hereof, and are, as of the 2017–2018 academic year:

A) Students pursuing core professional programs of secondary specialized and higher education at organizations in the Russian Federation that conduct educational activities in the areas of core professional programs of secondary specialized and higher education, as well as at organizations registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ukraine, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Moldova, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, carrying out educational activities in the areas of core professional programs of a similar level of training (hereinafter referred to as "Organization"), with any form of study (full-time, part-time, evening, external, distance learning).

B) Individuals who have entered into an employment contract with the Organization and are part of its faculty and teaching staff (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Participants").

4. Event terms:

To take part in the Event, each Participant must:

4.1. During the period specified in Clause 1.1 hereof, the Participant must take a photo of a document confirming affiliation with the Organization, namely:

• For Participants in category A: a high-quality photo of their student ID featuring the following fields: photo, full name, student ID, Organization's stamp, authorized person's signature, and a renewal stamp for the 2017–2018 academic year.
• For Participants in category B: a high-quality photo of their pass granting access to the Organization and featuring the following fields: photo, full name, pass ID, and job title.

4.2. Upload a photo to Yandex Disk.

4.3. Generate a public link to the photo on Yandex Disk and email it to promo@disk.yandex.com The link must remain active until the end of the Promotion period. The photo at the link must be available for viewing and downloading until the end of the Promotion period.

5. The Reward:

5.1. The Reward is thirty-two (32) gigabytes of space on the Yandex servers to be provided through the Yandex Disk service.

5.2. The Reward may not be sold and/or transferred to any third party.

5.3. The Reward is presented to each Participant of the Promotion who has fulfilled the conditions hereof, after performing the action from Clause 4.3. of hereof within 10 (ten) business days from the day of sending the public link in the manner specified in Clause 4.3. hereof (subject to successful fulfillment of the Terms of participation in the Promotion).

5.4. The Reward may only be received within the Event period referred to in Clause 1 hereof, subject to the terms set out in Clause 4 hereof having been met.

5.5. The use of the Reward is carried out by the Participant in accordance with the Terms of Use of Yandex Disk and the License Agreement for Use of the Yandex Disk Software on Mobile Devices.

5.6. The Participants are exempt from personal income tax in respect of the income from the Reward, since the value of one Reward does not exceed four thousand (4000) rubles.

5.7. The number of Rewards is not limited.

6. Region of the Promotion: Russia.

7. Miscellaneous:

7.1. By performing the operations referred to Clause 4 hereof, each Participant unconditionally accepts these Rules and also consents to his/her personal data specified in the registration form, and any other personal data, to be furnished by such Participant to the Organizer for the purposes of the Promotion, being processed by the Organizer, including performing any of the acts provided for in Article 3.3 of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated July 27, 2006.

The list of personal data operations in respect of which consent is granted: personal data processing, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, alteration (update, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (dissemination, provision, access, including via the website of YANDEX LLC), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, and destruction of data. Such consent shall be valid for three (3) years.

7.2. The Organizer reserves the right to publish additional information in respect of, or amendments to, the terms of the Event. Updated information is promptly posted on the internet at https://yandex.com/university or emailed to the Participants.

7.3. 7.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for the occurrence of any circumstances beyond its control (circumstances outside its control caused by force majeure). These include: acts of God, emergencies, civil disorder, strikes, acts of war, third party wrongful actions or any legislation coming into force, regulations or orders of governmental authorities or other circumstances beyond the Organizer's control, which are unavoidable under the given conditions.

7.4. The Organizer has the right to refuse to give the Participant a Reward in case of violation of these Rules, including if the Participant provides inaccurate/false information, submits a forged document, a document that does not belong to the Participant, or uses graphic editors to make changes to the submitted documents.

7.5. Any disputes relating to this Promotion shall be governed by the effective laws of the Russian Federation.

7.6. Any disputes or controversies arising in connection with the arrangement or conduct of the Event shall be resolved through negotiations. Any disputes not settled through negotiations shall be resolved by court at the location of the Organizer.

The "32 GB of Disk Space for Auto-Uploads" promotional event ("Event") is held by YANDEX, a limited liability company, INN 7736207543, having its legal and actual address at: ul. Lva Tolstogo, 16, Moscow 119021, Russia ("Organizer").

1. Event period: From April 3, 2017, through 11:59 pm (Moscow time), July 3, 2017.

2. Purpose of the Promotion is to attract users to the mobile Yandex Disk app:

   • For Android: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=ru.yandex.disk
   • For iOS: https://itunes.apple.com/ru/app/yandex.disk/id553266487 ("Application").

3. Event Participants: To be eligible to take part in the Event, participants must be individuals over the age of 18, who comply with all of the requirements set out in Clause 4 hereof ("Participants").

4. Promotion Terms:
   To participate in the Promotion:

   1. Within the period referred to in Clause 1 hereof, install the Application (if not already installed) on his/her smartphone ("Smartphone").
   2. Enable the Auto-Upload option in the Application settings, by selecting auto-upload of photos and/or videos via a Wi-Fi network or "Via any network ".
   3. Using the auto-upload option in the Application, upload at least one photo and/or video from the Gallery/Photo section of his/her Smartphone within the Event Period referred to in Clause 1 hereof the auto-upload option in the Application, upload at least one photo and/or video from the Gallery/Photo section of his/her Smartphone within the Event period referred to in Clause 1 hereof.

5. Event Reward:

   1. The Reward is thirty-two (32) gigabytes of disk space on the Yandex servers to be provided through the Yandex Disk service.

   3. The Reward shall be given to each Promotion Participant upon his/her compliance with the terms set out herein and performance of the operation referred to in Clause 4.3 hereof.

   5. Participants shall use the Reward subject to the Terms of Use of the Yandex Disk Service and the License Agreement for Use of the Yandex Disk Software on Mobile Devices.

   4. The Organizer may opt not to give the Reward to any Participant should any of the provisions hereof be violated.

   5. Any disputes relating to this Event shall be governed by the effective laws of the Russian Federation.

   6. Any disputes or controversies arising in connection with the arrangement or conduct of the Event shall be resolved through negotiations. Any disputes not settled through negotiations shall be resolved by court at the location of the Organizer.

2. The purpose of the Promotion is to provide individuals specified in Clause 4 of these Terms, who have fulfilled the conditions of Clause 6 within the Promotion Period, with an increased amount of space on Yandex Disk compared to the standard amount (available to any user at the start of the Promotion).

3. Promotion period: From June 22, 2016, to September 24, 2018.

4. Terms of the Promotion: Individuals to whom PJSC "Rostelecom" provides internet services in accordance with a group of plans, residing in Moscow, whose Yandex Disk is not blocked due to non-payment or self-initiated block and who have fulfilled the conditions of Clause 6 during the Promotion period, shall be granted additional space on Yandex Disk: 100 (one hundred) gigabytes in addition to the space available to the user on Yandex Disk from the moment specified in Clause 6.1, until June 20, 2019, or until the termination of PJSC "Rostelecom" internet services in accordance with the group of plans to such an individual, as well as in the event that the Yandex Disk of such an individual remains blocked due to non-payment for more than 30 days or upon disconnection of the "Internet" service or termination of the contract with the company "Rostelecom".

5. Number of Promotion rewards: Through this Promotion additional space on Yandex Disk shall be granted to individuals who fulfilled the conditions specified in Clause 4 of these Terms and Conditions. The number of rewards is unlimited.

6. Period and requirements for collecting rewards:

   1. To collect the reward, the individual specified in Clause 2 of these Terms must, within the Period specified in Clause 3 of these Terms, confirm their Yandex username at my.onlime.ru.
   2. Additional space on Yandex Disk shall be provided to the Yandex user who is the first to confirm their account at my.onlime.ru. The increased disk space is granted to each eligible Yandex account only once.
   3. To use the Yandex Disk service, each individual must have a properly working Internet connection. The reward can be obtained at any point when the user has a working internet connection.
   4. Additional space on Yandex Disk will not be provided to individuals who expanded their Yandex Disk according to the terms of the archived Promotion from December 4, 2014.
   5. Products participating in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "Product", "Products"): Smarto 3GDi8 tablets available for sale in the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as "Region"), which have the Yandex Disk program (hereinafter referred to as "Program") pre-installed and whose packaging is marked with a sticker (label) clearly indicating that the Product participates in the Promotion.

3. Participants of the Promotion are customers who purchased the Product in the Region during the Promotion period, agreed to participate in the Promotion, and fulfilled the requirements of Clause 8 of hereof.

4. The purpose of the Promotion is to provide customers who purchased the Product in the Region and fulfilled the conditions of Clause 8 within the Promotion period with increased space on Yandex Disk in addition to the standard amount of space available to all users at the start of the Promotion.

5. Promotion period: From November 10, 2014, to May 31, 2016.

6. Promotion rules: Customers who purchase the Product and meet the conditions of Clause 8 shall be granted a one-time increase in space on Yandex Disk — 50 (fifty) gigabytes in addition to the standard 10 (ten) gigabytes available to all users at the start of the Promotion — for a period of 2 years from the moment of login, as defined in Clause 8.1.

7. The number of Product customers who will be provided with additional space on Yandex Disk after fulfilling the requirements of Clause 8 hereof as a result of the Promotion is not limited. Each customer is entitled to receive additional space (50 GB) on Yandex Disk only once, regardless of the number of Products purchased.

8. Period and requirements for obtaining additional space on Yandex Disk:

   1. To get additional space on Yandex Disk, the customer who purchased the Product must, within the Period specified in Clause 5, log in to the Program (launch the pre-installed Program, enter the username and password of their Yandex account, and log in).
   2. By logging in to the Program, the customer confirms that they have read the rules of the Promotion, have the ability to participate in civil relations based on their physical and psychological characteristics, and expressly consent to participate in the Promotion.
   3. The Program must be pre-installed on the Product (it must be on the Product that is available for sale) at the time of sale. The installation of the Program by the customer or another individual on a device of the same model as the Product does not qualify that device as a Product participating in the Promotion. The fact that the Program is pre-installed on the Product and that the Product participates in the Promotion is confirmed by the presence of the Program's logo on the Product's packaging and can be verified by the Promotion organizers.
   4. Additional space on Yandex Disk shall be provided to the user who is the first to log in to their Yandex account from the Product. Additional space on Yandex Disk shall be granted to each eligible Yandex account only once.
   5. To log in to the Program and to use Yandex Disk, the Product must have a reliable internet connection. The Participant can log in anywhere a connection is available, but this connection may be charged according to the rates of the Participant's internet service provider. The Organizers of the Promotion do not reimburse Participants for any expenses incurred regarding logging in and/or participation in the Promotion.

2. Devices participating in the Promotion (hereinafter referred to as "Device", "Devices"): Kingston flash drives DT100G3 8−64 GB, DT101G2 8−128 GB, DT101G3 16–128 GB, DTIG4 8−128 GB, DTM30 16–128 GB, DTM30R 16 GB, DTMCK 8−64 GB, DTSE9H 8−64 GB, DTDUO 8−64 GB, DTDUO3 16−64 GB, whose packaging features the Yandex Disk logo.
3. The purpose of the Promotion is to provide customers who purchased the Devices in the Russian Federation, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Armenia (hereinafter referred to as "Region") and who fulfilled the conditions of Clause 7 during the Promotion Period, with additional space on Yandex Disk in addition to the standard amount of space available to all users at the start of the Promotion.
4. Promotion period (hereinafter referred to as "Promotion period"): From January 25, 2015, to December 31, 2015.
5. Promotion rules: Customers who purchase Devices in the Region and fulfill the conditions of Clause 7 during the Promotion period are granted additional space on Yandex Disk equal to the Device's memory capacity, in addition to the space available to them on Yandex Disk at the start of the Promotion, for a period of twelve months from the moment specified in Clause 7.1.
6. Number of Promotion rewards: Through this Promotion a reward is recognized as providing the customer who purchased a Device additional space on Yandex Disk equal to the memory capacity of the Device. In this regard, the following categories of rewards are provided: 4 GB/8 GB/16 GB/32 GB/64 GB/128 GB of additional space on Yandex Disk (depending on the device's memory capacity). The number of rewards is unlimited. The increased disk space is granted to each eligible Yandex account only once.
7. Period and requirements for collecting rewards:
   1. If the customer who purchased the Device uses a computer running Windows, then to collect the reward, they must, during the Promotion period, launch the Device on the computer, install the Yandex Disk program from the Device, and log in to their Yandex account (enter the username and password of their Yandex account and log in). If the customer who purchased the Device uses a computer running Mac OS X, then to collect the reward, they must, during the Promotion period, launch the Device on the computer, download the Yandex Disk program from the website, install it, and log in to their Yandex account (enter the username and password of their Yandex account and log in).
   2. Additional space on Yandex Disk shall be provided to the user who is the first to log in to their Yandex account from the Device.
   3. To log in to the Yandex Disk computer program and to use the Yandex Disk service, a reliable internet connection is required on the Device. The reward can be obtained at any point when the user has a working internet connection.

2. The purpose of the Promotion is to provide individuals residing in Moscow, to whom OJSC "Rostelecom" provides internet access services, with additional space on Yandex Disk in addition to the standard amount of space available to all users at the start of the Promotion.

3. Promotion period: From December 4, 2014, to September 4, 2015.

To qualify for the reward, an individual had to meet the requirements listed in Clause 2 of these Terms and Conditions, install the Yandex Mail mobile app on their Android or iOS-based mobile device, and then log in to or register in the Yandex Mail mobile app. The Yandex Mail mobile app must be installed on the given mobile device for the first time.
   2. The increased space in the Yandex Disk service is granted either to a Yandex account with which an individual logs in to the Yandex Mail mobile app for the first time or to a Yandex account created for the first time using the Yandex Mail mobile app. The increased disk space is granted to each eligible Yandex account only once.
   3. To use the Yandex Disk service, each individual must have a properly working Internet connection. The reward can be obtained at any point when the user has a working internet connection.

   1. To get additional space on Yandex Disk, the individual, who purchased an Ultrabook in the Russian Federation within a period specified in Clause 4, must log in (enter the username and password of their Yandex account and log in) to the Yandex Disk program by January 31, 2013.
   2. The Yandex Disk computer program may be pre-installed on Ultrabooks participating in the Promotion, and in this case the owner of the specified Ultrabook must launch the program and log in to their Yandex account within the period specified in Clause 7.1 to get additional space on Yandex Disk. In the event that the Yandex Disk program is not present on the Ultrabook purchased within the period specified in Clause 4, the owner of such an Ultrabook must download the program via the link http://disk.yandex.com/download/YandexDiskSetup.exe/, install it on the Ultrabook, launch the program, and log in to their Yandex account within the period specified in Clause 7.1 to get additional space on Yandex Disk.
