# Yandex Disk on your phone or tablet

You can manage your files on Yandex Disk using your smartphone or tablet. Install the mobile Yandex Disk app or use the mobile version of the Yandex Disk website.

Select the necessary Help section:

Other (unofficial) programs may not work correctly with Yandex Disk. If you still want to use them, create an [app password](https://yandex.com/support/id/authorization/app-passwords.html) for each of them.

## Troubleshooting

If you're using Yandex Disk in a mobile browser, fill out the feedback form at the bottom of the page.
 
If you encounter a problem with the Yandex Disk app, please report it to us through the form **in the app**. This will give our support team the technical information they need to resolve the issue.

1. Click the profile image in the top left corner.
1. Select **Help and support** → **Report an error**.
1. Specify the subject of your request.
1. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
  
If you can't write to us from the app, send us an error message using the feedback form at the bottom of the page.
