Your access to Yandex Disk is blocked

Your Yandex Disk has been full for over 44 days, so your access has been temporarily blocked.

How to regain your access:

• Purchase more space. Upgrade to a plan with more storage so you don't have to free up space by deleting uploaded files. For example, if you have 900 GB of files, upgrade to the 1 TB plan. Yandex Disk will be unblocked within 30 minutes of upgrading your plan.
• If you don't want to upgrade your plan, please free up some space.

  1. Contact support using the form at the bottom of the page.

  2. Expect the reply: we'll temporarily unblock your Yandex Disk so that you can take measures to remove the restrictions.

  3. Once your Yandex Disk is unblocked, please delete any unwanted files or empty the Trash (items in the Trash take up space, too). If necessary, download the files to your computer before deleting them.
