Set up notifications

You can receive notifications about auto-uploads, new comments, tags, and other events on Yandex Disk.

To set up notifications:

Open the account menu. To do this, tap the profile picture in the top left corner of the screen.
Go to Settings → Notifications.
Enable the desired options.

If you've encountered a problem in the Yandex Disk app, please report it through the in-app feedback form:

Tap the profile picture in the top left corner.
Select Help and support → Support.
Specify the subject of your request.
Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Note

To report mobile app issues, please do this from within the app, not from the Help section. This will help us get your request to the right support agents, and you'll get a quicker response. When you report a problem through the app, we can also see technical information that helps resolve the issue.

If the app crashes and you can't send us a message from it, please use the feedback form to report the error.
