Photos

Photos displays:

  • Photos in JPG format you manually uploaded to Yandex Disk with a recorded date.
  • Photos in HEIC and HEIF formats you manually uploaded to Yandex Disk.
  • Photos in JPG and PNG formats and videos that were automatically uploaded to Yandex Disk from your phone or tablet (see Auto-upload photos and videos ).

Note

This section is created automatically, so you can't add photos to it manually.

Photos show up as thumbnails, and you can group them however you like. Just stretch or pinch the screen like you're zooming in or out on a photo. Alternatively, tap in the top right corner and select the layout.

If you want to quickly find photos taken within a certain period of time, switch to the view by months and scroll through the list of photos.

Actions with photos

You can share photos, change them in the editor, or delete them. To do this, open a photo and choose the required action at the top of the screen.

Contact support

If you've encountered a problem in the Yandex Disk app, please report it through the in-app feedback form:

  1. Tap the profile picture in the top left corner.
  2. Select Help and supportSupport.
  3. Specify the subject of your request.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Note

To report mobile app issues, please do this from within the app, not from the Help section. This will help us get your request to the right support agents, and you'll get a quicker response. When you report a problem through the app, we can also see technical information that helps resolve the issue.
