Beta testing

We are constantly working on the Yandex Disk app to make it better: add new features, fix errors, and make the already existing features more convenient. You can help us: try new features before anyone else and tell us what you think. Any user can participate in beta testing.

What is beta testing?

The beta version has all the features of the public app and some new ones. We test the app ourselves to make sure everything is working before we send it out for beta testing. But there's still a chance you'll find an error or notice something that can be improved. We'll appreciate it if you report such errors.

You can install both the beta version and the public version of the app. But photos and videos will auto-upload via the beta version. About auto-uploads

Participate in beta testing

Install the Yandex Disk Beta app from Google Play. Use the app and test new features. Report the problems you've encountered and share your experience through the Yandex Disk Beta app (Settings → Help and support → Support).

Opt out of beta testing

Delete the installed Yandex Disk Beta version and download the public version of the app from Google Play.

If you've encountered a problem in the Yandex Disk app, please report it through the in-app feedback form:

  1. Tap the profile picture in the top left corner.
  2. Select Help and supportSupport.
  3. Specify the subject of your request.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Note

To report mobile app issues, please do this from within the app, not from the Help section. This will help us get your request to the right support agents, and you'll get a quicker response. When you report a problem through the app, we can also see technical information that helps resolve the issue.

If the app crashes and you can't send us a message from it, please use the feedback form to report the error.
