Offline

To access files without an internet connection, add them to the Offline section. Files will be downloaded to your mobile device. If you change files on another device, they will be automatically updated under Offline once you reconnect to the internet.

The app can upload files to the Offline section either via Wi-Fi only or any network (Wi-Fi, mobile data). Select the option in the settings.

Add files to the Offline section

Select the files and tap at the top of the screen. Files added to the Offline section will be marked with .

View Offline files

Go to Files and select Offline in the top bar.

Remove files from the Offline section

Select the required files and tap the icon at the top of the screen.

To delete all files from the Offline section:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Tap Clear Offline section.
  3. Confirm the action.

Note

When you clear the Offline section, files are deleted only from your mobile device. They'll still be safe on Yandex Disk.

If you've encountered a problem in the Yandex Disk app, please report it through the in-app feedback form:

  1. Tap the profile picture in the top left corner.
  2. Select Help and supportSupport.
  3. Specify the subject of your request.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.

Note

To report mobile app issues, please do this from within the app, not from the Help section. This will help us get your request to the right support agents, and you'll get a quicker response. When you report a problem through the app, we can also see technical information that helps resolve the issue.

If the app crashes and you can't send us a message from it, please use the feedback form to report the error.
