Join a video meeting

Open the link to the video meeting

1. Follow the link that the meeting host sent you.
2. If Yandex.Telemost is installed on your computer, the browser will prompt you to open it. Click Cancel.
3. Click Continue in browser.
4. If this is your first time using Yandex.Telemost, grant it access your microphone and camera.
5. Click Continue.

Enter the meeting number or link in Yandex.Telemost

1. Open Yandex Telemost.
2. Choose Join meeting. Enter the meeting number or copy and paste the link.
3. If this is your first time using Yandex.Telemost, grant it access your microphone and camera.
4. Click Join meeting.

I can't join the video meeting

1. Make sure your computer has an active internet connection. For example, try opening https://yandex.com. If there is no connection, restart your router. If this didn't help, contact your service provider.

2. Close the browser where you're using Yandex Telemost, and then open it again.

3. Make sure that camera and microphone access is allowed in your device operating system settings.

4. Make sure that Yandex Telemost is supported in your browser. Open Yandex Browser, Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox and try to join again.
