Send a message

Chat with colleagues in private and group chats, knowing that all your information is secure and only the organization employees can access it. If you need to connect with someone outside your organization (partner or contractor), you can invite them to your organization chats. How to do this

To one user

To chat with a specific user, press  → New chat, find your contact, and select them from the list. This will open a chat where you can send messages, make calls, and share files.

A single checkmark next to a message means it has been delivered. A double checkmark means the recipient has read the message.

To multiple users

To send a message to multiple people at a time, create a group chat or channel. There, you'll be able to send messages, make calls, and share files with all the members at once.

  • Group chats are perfect for team discussions — everyone can send messages.
  • Channels are more suitable when you need to inform many people at once without starting a discussion. For example, you can share company news or department updates. Only channel admins can send messages to a channel.

To learn how to create group chats and channels and manage them, see Manage chats and channels

Send a silent message

If you want to message a colleague without disturbing them (for example, outside working hours ), press before sending. The message will arrive without a notification, but it'll still show as unread.

How do I know who sent me a message?

Press the profile picture of the user who sent you a message. A card will open with all the available information about this user, including their name, photo, position , and contact details.
