Join a call

Using a link

1. Follow the link that you received from the meeting host.
2. Confirm that you would like to join the video meeting in the app. If it opens in the browser, select Open in app or Try. If a window appears, select the app.
3. Press Continue.

Using a call number

1. Open Yandex Telemost.
2. Choose Join meeting. Enter the call number or paste the call link.
3. Allow Yandex Telemost to access your microphone and camera if you haven't already. How to grant permission
4. Click Join meeting.

If the host has restricted access to the call, you will enter a waiting room and can only join when you're admitted.

By phone

If you're away from your computer or don't have internet, you can join a meeting by phone. With this type of connection, video will be unavailable, but you will still be able to participate via audio. Carrier charges may apply. Rates depend on your service provider.

1. Call the number: +7 495 363-15-52.
2. After the voice assistant answers, enter the call number and press #.
3. You will enter a waiting room. Wait for the host to let you in.

To turn your microphone on or off, dial 12#.

If you can't join a call

1. Make sure your smartphone has an active internet connection. For example, try opening https://ya.ru. If you can't connect, restart your router or turn your mobile data off and back on. If this didn't help, contact your service provider.
2. Close Yandex Telemost and then open it again.
