About Yandex Send

Yandex Send is a service for sending mass emails to a list of recipients. Use Send to inform your customers and subscribers about your company's news and offers.

Note

Spamming isn't allowed: you can only send emails to the people who consented to receive them. If recipients report mail-outs sent by your company, your access to the service may be restricted.

To create mail-outs, you must be an administrator of a company in Yandex 360 for Business.

You can only send mail-outs when the following conditions are met:

  1. A verified email domain is linked to the company.
  2. An MX record, SPF record, and DKIM signature are set up for the domain. If these conditions are met, email services can verify that the email was sent from your domain and not by fraudsters pretending to be your representatives.
