How to add Yandex Tracker
You can add Yandex Tracker to all employees of the organization at once or connect it as an add-on for some employees or departments. See how much it costs
Important to know
- Yandex Tracker can only be connected to employees with domain accounts and departments. If you want groups to use Yandex Tracker, enable a plan that includes Tracker for the entire organization.
- Yandex Tracker won't be enabled if your balance is too low, so make sure to top it up in advance. How to top up your balance.
Connecting Yandex Tracker for the entire organization

In the organization's account, go to Finances → Payment and service plan.

Click the name of your current plan.

In the Yandex Tracker section, toggle the switch (it should turn yellow).

Select a plan and click Activate. You can select a plan with the current set of features or switch to another one.
Connect Yandex Tracker for some departments
If the department doesn't exist yet, create it according to the instructions from the Administrator's guide.
If the department has already been created, you can connect Yandex Tracker to it right away:

In the organization's account, select Users → Employees.

Open the Departments tab.

Hover over the line with the name of the department.

Click
→ Activate Yandex Tracker.

Click Activate.
Connect Yandex Tracker for some employees

In the organization's account, select Users → Employees.

Hover over the line with the employee's name.

Click Add-ons → Activate Yandex Tracker.

Click Activate.
You can also connect Yandex Tracker in an employee's card: open it, go to the Yandex Tracker section, click +, and then Activate.
How to disable Yandex Tracker
If you connected Yandex Tracker as an add-on for employees or departments, disable it for each of them individually. If your entire organization no longer needs Yandex Tracker, switch to a plan without it. Instructions on how to do this are provided below.
Select who will no longer use Yandex Tracker:
Employee
To disable the Tracker add-on:

In the organization's account, select Users → Employees.

Hover over the line with the employee's name.

Click Add-ons → Manage Yandex Tracker.

Click Disable.
Department
To disable the Tracker add-on:

In the organization's account, select Users → Employees.

Open the Departments tab.

Hover over the line with the name of the department.

→ Manage Yandex Tracker.

Click Disable.
Entire organization
Switch to a plan without Yandex Tracker:

In the organization's account, go to Finances → Payment and service plan.

Click the name of your current plan.

In the Yandex Tracker section, indicate that Tracker is not needed — the switch on the right should turn black.

Select a plan and click Activate. You can select a plan with the current set of features or switch to another one.

In the confirmation window, click Change.
Yandex Tracker will be disabled within an hour. If you need Tracker again later, you can re-enable it at any time.
