How to upgrade your plan
If your current plan no longer meets your needs, you can upgrade it. For example, you can switch plans when your employees need more space on Yandex Disk, you want to connect Yandex Tracker, or require more admin tools.
Note
Billing is calculated by the second. So if you switch to a new plan at 12:01:00, charges for the first part of that day will be based on the previous plan. Learn more about billing and calculations.
To change the plan:
- Log in to the organization's account.
- Go to Finances → Payment and service plan.
- Click the name of your current plan.
- Indicate whether you need Yandex Tracker.
- Select a new plan and click Activate.
- In the confirmation window, click Change.
If there are insufficient funds
The plan won't switch if there are insufficient funds in the balance. In that case, top up the balance and try again. How to top up your balance.
New features will become available within an hour after switching the plan.
Downgrading the plan
If needed, you can also switch to a plan with fewer features, such as from Advanced to Standard.
Please note that this will reduce the available space on Yandex Disk. If the size of files on Yandex Disk exceeds its capacity, restrictions will apply. What are the restrictions?
