How do I get more space on Yandex Disk?
With the Standard and Advanced plans, you can add between 1 and 50 TB of Yandex Disk space per employee. See how much it costs
Important to know
- Additional space can only be assigned to employees with domain accounts.
- The volume that can be added is fixed: 1 TB, 3 TB, or 5 TB of additional space per employee.
Enable

Log in to the organization's account.

Go to Users → Employees and select the desired employee.

In their card, click

Select the amount of additional space and click Connect.
If there are insufficient funds
The extra space will not be added if your balance is too low. In that case, top up the balance and try again. How to top up your balance.
Manage additional space
To increase or reduce the amount of additional space:
- Log in to the organization's account.
- Go to Users → Employees and select the desired employee.
- In their card, click
. - In the Manage additional space window, select the amount of additional space and click Confirm.
If Yandex Disk space is reduced
