The daily payment deducted from your organization's balance for Yandex 360 services is affected by the number of accounts connected to the organization, including inactive and blocked users, as well as any additional options. How the amount is calculated.
Delete unused accounts
Make sure to remove accounts that are no longer needed in a timely manner. You can view the list in Users → Employees.
Alert
If you delete the mail account on your domain, all data stored in Yandex services and associated with this account (messages in Yandex Mail, files on Yandex Disk, personal subscriptions linked to the work account, and so on) will be lost. These addresses differ from those in the format login@yandex.ru. So before deleting an account, make sure all important data has been saved.
Disable services for the owner
If the organization owner's account is used only for managing the organization and not as an employee account, disable paid services for it.

Log in to the organization's account.
