View-only mode

Yandex 360 services are prepaid.

If your organization's balance runs out, a payment notice will appear in your personal account. You'll still be able to receive and send emails, work with Yandex Disk files, and access other core features. However, the extended capabilities that are only available with a paid plan will be disabled.

To restore employees' access to the service's features, top up the organization's balance. How to top up your balance.

Warning

Top up the balance within seven days. If you miss the deadline, view-only mode will be activated.

What changes when view-only mode is activated

Which features are unavailable

For Yandex 360 for Business admins

  • Add employees.
  • Add a new domain.
  • Create a mailing list.

For Yandex Mail, Disk, and Tracker users

  • Send a new email.
  • Reply to an email.
  • Forward an email.
  • Upload files to Disk.
  • Share files on Yandex Disk.
  • Create a shared folder on Yandex Disk.
  • Use the Yandex Disk application for desktop.
  • Create, edit, and delete issues, queues, boards, dashboards in Yandex Tracker.
  • Change task statuses and resolutions in Yandex Tracker.
  • Leave comments in issues in Yandex Tracker and subscribe to their updates.

Which features are unavailable

In view mode, users can:

  • In Yandex Mail — view, move, and delete emails
  • In Yandex Disk — view and download files in the web interface, switch accounts in the Yandex Disk desktop application
  • In Yandex Tracker — view issues, dashboards, boards, and queues, search for issues using the filter builder and query language, view statistics and queues

How to remove restrictions

If you lost access to your organization in Yandex 360 for Business, you can restore access to it from another account. How to recover an account.

If you're using the free version, choose and activate a paid plan. Choose plan.

If you have an outstanding payment, simply top up the organization's balance. After that, all Yandex 360 for Business services will be available to you without any restrictions. How to top up your balance.

Yandex Disk space reduction

When additional space on Yandex Disk is disabled, the volume occupied by the employee's files might exceed the limit. If the balance is not topped up, access to files will be blocked after 44 days, and all Disk files will be permanently deleted after 90 days.
