When the organization has more than 250 employees

You can activate these plans until May 25, inclusive. After that date, we'll introduce a new plan for organizations with more than 250 employees. We'll share more details soon.

Yandex 360 for Business offers three plans:

Special plan for educational institutions

If you provide educational services, you can add teachers and students to your plan at a special price.

Basic

The plan includes:

Mailbox on your domain: Create professional email addresses reflecting your company's brand.
Get alerts for external recipients and set delivery limits for mail-out groups within Yandex Mail.
Yandex Disk: Each employee gets up to 100 GB of cloud storage for their files.
Yandex Telemost: Host video meetings with no time limits. Every meeting supports up to 100 participants.
Yandex Messenger: Secure communication within a private corporate network.
Yandex Calendar: Schedule meetings and check employee availability across the entire company.
Yandex Documents: Edit documents, presentations, and spreadsheets and collaborate on them with up to 40 users at the same time.
Yandex Notes: Create quick notes and to-do lists.
Yandex Send: Design mail-outs with promos and company news for your customers. An organization can send up to 1500 emails per month.
Yandex Wiki: Build a knowledge base for your company's employees.
Yandex Forms: Create forms and surveys.
Yandex Tracker (available for an extra fee): Streamline your workflows and enhance team collaboration.

Optimal

Includes all the features of the Basic plan, as well as:

Each employee gets 1 TB of space on Yandex Disk, and you can add even more space for an extra fee.
Video meetings with up to 300 participants in Yandex Telemost.
Increased email limits for your company in Yandex Send: send up to 50,000 per month.
More space on Yandex Disk.
Secure archive for storing emails sent and received by employees.
Manage link expiration and file download restrictions.
Control access to public links within the organization.
View file change history on Yandex Disk.
Host live streams in Yandex Telemost for up to 10,000 viewers, scheduled directly from Yandex Calendar.
Engage with clients directly on your website via the Yandex Messenger widget.
Automate chat operations with the Yandex Messenger bot platform.
Single Sign-On (SSO).
Аudit logs.
Service applications to work with Yandex 360 via the API.

Only this plan offers Yandex Telemost meeting summaries: automatic call transcription and a recap of key topics.

Extended

Except for meeting summaries, includes all the features of the Optimal plan, as well as:

Each employee gets 3 TB of space on Yandex Disk, and you can further increase it for an extra fee.
Video meetings with up to 500 participants in Yandex Telemost.
Increased email limits for your company in Yandex Send: send up to 100,000 per month.

Add-ons

Tracker

You can activate Yandex Tracker for specific employees or departments, even if your main plan doesn't include it. The monthly cost is ₽440 per employee. How to activate Yandex Tracker.

With the Optimal and Extended plans, you can increase an employee's Yandex Disk space.

Yandex Boards within your company's private network

Yandex Boards provides online whiteboards for collaboration. You can also choose to run Yandex Boards on-premises on your own servers. This allows you to customize the service to your specific requirements and provides maximum control over your corporate data. The license fee for one employee is ₽800 per month.

You can test the on-premises service for free and then sign an agreement to purchase licenses. To do this, submit an activation request and discuss the details with our manager.

Employees can invite up to 1000 participants to meetings if you enable a special add-on. How to enable.
