How to calculate your service costs

You can calculate the approximate monthly cost of services using this formula:

COST == PLAN ×\times EMPLOYEES ++ ADD-ONS

  • PLAN: Monthly cost of services, based on your chosen plan.

  • EMPLOYEES: Number of employees added to your organization, including inactive and blocked users.

  • ADD-ONS: Monthly cost of add-ons, such as Yandex Tracker or more space on Yandex Disk. Calculated using this formula:

    ADD-ONS == Cost of the add-on ×\times Number of employees who use the add-on

Example 1

You want to activate the Standard plan. There are five employees in your organization, and two of them will need additional space on Yandex Disk, 1 TB and 3 TB.

COST =519 ₽×5= 519 \text{ ₽} \times 5 ++ ADD-ONS

  • ADD-ONS == Cost of 1 TB on Yandex Disk* × 1 +\times \text{ } 1 \text{ } + Cost of 3 TB on Yandex Disk × 1\times \text{ } 1

COST =519 ₽×5+1 500 ₽×1+4 500 ₽×1=2 595 ₽+1 500 ₽+4 500 ₽=8 595 ₽= 519 \text{ ₽} \times 5 + 1 \text{ } 500 \text{ ₽} \times 1 + 4\text{ }500 \text{ ₽} \times 1 = 2 \text{ } 595 \text{ ₽} + 1 \text{ } 500 \text{ ₽} + 4 \text{ } 500 \text{ ₽} = 8 \text{ } 595 \text{ ₽}

Example 2

In June, you were on the Standard plan. The organization has three employees:

  • Bogdan worked for the organization the entire month.
  • Innokenty worked for 15 days, then resigned, and his account was promptly deleted.
  • Anna joined, and her account was added to the plan for 15 days of the month.

Five days after she started working, Anna asked for an additional 1 TB of space on her Yandex Disk. This extra space was enabled on her Yandex Disk for 10 days of the month.

COST =519 ₽×(1+12+12) += 519 \text{ ₽} \times (1 + \frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{2}) \text{ } + ADD-ONS

  • ADD-ONS == Cost of 1 TB on Yandex Disk ×\times 13\frac{1}{3}

COST =519 ₽×2+1 500 ₽ ×13=1 038 ₽+500 ₽=1 538 ₽= 519 \text{ ₽} \times 2 + 1 \text{ } 500 \text{ ₽ } \times \frac{1}{3} = 1 \text{ } 038 \text{ ₽} + 500 \text{ ₽} = 1 \text{ } 538 \text{ ₽}

Example 3

In June, you were on the Standard plan, and in the middle of the month, you decided to switch to the Advanced plan. The organization has three employees:

  • Valentina worked for the organization the entire month.
  • Georgy also worked the entire month.
  • Mikhail join the organization, and his account was on the new plan for 15 days of the month.

Five days after he started working, Mikhail asked for an additional 1 TB of space on his Yandex Disk. The space was enabled on the employee account for 10 days during that month.

COST =519 ₽×(12+12) +1 399 ₽ ×(12+12+12) += 519 \text{ ₽} \times (\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{2}) \text{ } + 1 \text{ } 399 \text{ ₽ } \times (\frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{2} + \frac{1}{2}) \text{ } + ADD-ONS

  • ADD-ONS == Cost of 1 TB on Yandex Disk × 13\times \text{ } \frac{1}{3}

COST =519 ₽×1+1 399 ₽ ×1.5+1 500 ₽ × 13=519 ₽ +2 098.5 ₽ +500 ₽ =3 117.5 ₽ = 519 \text{ ₽} \times 1 + 1 \text{ } 399 \text{ ₽ } \times 1.5 + 1 \text{ } 500 \text{ ₽ } \times \text{ } \frac{1}{3} = 519 \text{ ₽ } + 2 \text{ }098.5 \text{ ₽ } + 500 \text{ ₽ } = 3\text{ }117.5 \text{ ₽ }
