Closing documents
At the beginning of each month, Yandex sends you the closing documents for the previous month: a certificate of services rendered with an attachment and an invoice. Documents are generated automatically and list all the services that were provided to you during the reporting period, which is a calendar month.
How to obtain closing documents
You can receive documents:
- By Russian Post. This is the default delivery method: after you activate a plan, the documents will be sent to you by regular mail.
- Via EDM. You'll need to sign an agreement with Yandex to use this method.
By email
Once Yandex generates the documents, they are first emailed to the address you specified when registering your organization. You can also download the certificate of services rendered in the organization's account: Finances → Closing documents. To view the document, hover over the period you need and click Open.

Yandex sends the paper documents with signatures and stamps by Russian Post within 7 business days after they were emailed to you.
For accounting reports
Electronic copies of the documents are identical to the paper originals. To prepare the accounting report and other documents on time, you can use the number, amount, and date specified in the certificate of services rendered that you received by email.
Via the EDM system
You can receive documents via EDM if:
- You use the Kontur.Diadoc system by SKB Kontur or SBIS by Tensor.
- Your organization is connected directly to the EDM operator (Yandex doesn't support roaming).
Within one month after activating Yandex 360 or an EDM system, Yandex will send you an agreement to switch to EDM. Sign it to complete the transition to managing your documents via an EDM system. You will no longer receive closing documents by regular mail or in your personal account.
The EDM system provides immediate access to documents with all the required signatures and stamps.
