Organize your chats

You can organize your chats for quicker navigation. For example, pin important chats, delete unnecessary ones, and set up a compact list.

Pin a chat

To pin a chat to the top of the list, right-click it (or hold it if you use Yandex Messenger on your phone) → Pin chat. You can reorder your pinned chats by holding and dragging them higher or lower.

Set up a compact list

If you use Yandex Messenger on a computer, you can hide your chat contents to make the chat list more compact. To do this, click , scroll till Interface and choose Compact chat list.

Delete a chat from the list

To delete an unnecessary private chat from the list, right-click this chat (or hold it if you use Yandex Messenger on your phone) → Clear chat history. The messages from this chat will become unavailable.
