Send a message

Chat with colleagues in private and group chats, knowing that all your information is secure and only the company employees can access it. If you need to connect with an external partner or contractor, you can invite them. How to do this

To one user

To start a private chat, click , search for your colleague, and select them from the list. This will open a chat where you can send messages, make calls, and share files.

The icon next to your message means it has been delivered. The icon means the recipient has read your message.

To multiple users

To send a message to multiple people at a time, create a group chat or channel. There, you'll be able to send messages, make calls, and share files with all the members at once.

  • Group chats are useful for communicating and discussing work-related issues: all their members can send messages.
  • Channels are better suited for situations when you need to give information to other users rather then to discuss any matters. For example, it can be a good variant for sharing news about your organization or department. Only channel admins can send messages to a channel.
